Dear all,

Could you please help with a question? My family has I140 approved and 485 pending. But we are leaving the US. What is the best way to deal with I485?

1. If we withdraw I485, can I apply for B1 visa later to come back for business? Or because we have applied for immigration visa, our B1 application will be denied?
2. If we change I485 to Consular Process, probably we can not apply for B1, right?

I transfer my H1B to company B and works for company B. Now suppose if I want to go back to company A after six months and want to work for company A, does the h1b transfer required? (means, does company A requires to file whole h1b petition again?) Here my petition (I-797) with company A is still valid. And suppose if I want to go back to company A after 4 years, at that time my petition (I-797) with company A might be expired, does the company A requires to file new petition (tranfer) or just the extension?

1. After importing Photoshop file in to Blend,right click on any PSD layer that you want to convert it in control.Then choose MAKE IT CONTROL and you can select any style like button etc that you want.
2. Select the control,in properties panel click on event icon then choose event that you want and double click in it ,then you can write the code for that EVENT in Visual Studio.

All,

I wonder if more of you have noticed this phenomena: one of your applications gets approved, but the approval doesn't show up on the online case status system.

My AP was approved on Sept 17, 2007 and mailed out to my attorney who got it in a few days and told me about yesterday when I emailed about another issue. Oddly enough, even today (Sept 27), the online case status system shows an LUD of Sept 14 but no approval. I didn't get the usual approval email from the case status system either.

Annoying -- since now I won't learn of new developments till my lawyer calls me up to let me know and you know what slackers they can be. Although all this may be moot since apparently I am stuck waiting for my name check to clear, so there won't be any new developments to look look forward to for a long long time. Sigh. :(

started as an intern with local in the month of march 06 and I was given offer till end of august. but my school official gave me work permit on a semester basis and gave it only for srping 06, which end in may 15th. I couldn't update my CPT status for 1 day for summer 06 and started on 16th may, so the school official has said that i am out of status.Since re-instatement is not possible from school as it was unauthorized work permit. They have advised me to go to home country and attend visa to be eligible for reinstatement. I have grauduated last month with masters of science..

They said they will provide me recommendation letter for me to show to consular officer. Also, I have an MBA admit in same university for spring 2007.

so should i come to new program..if thats the case how to get an emergency appoitment.
